Product Description
RVC series is a hollow type series, from 10C BX to 200C BX, a total of 5 models; reduction ratio from 27 to 36.75. Precision Cycloidal Gearbox are widely used in robotic arms, ATC, medical machinery and AGV drives,etc.
The main features of Precision Cycloidal Gearbox:
1. High precision: backlash accuracy is less than 1 arc.min, comprehensive transmission accuracy is less than 1 arc.min,
and rotation repeatability is less than 20 seconds.
2. Good rigidity and small backlash can overcome the jitter when the large inertia mechanism starts and stops. It has
strong impact resistance, strong anti-interference ability, and can withstand impact 5 times the rated torque.
3. Small backlash, stable rotation. Be able to start and stop at any point of 360 degrees. Fast response, small hysteresis,
and correct indexing.
4. Flexible application, diverse transmission and installation methods.
